Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds on Unopened Products
  • We accept returns for full-priced, unopened, and unused products.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, we’ll initiate your refund and notify you via SMS and email.

Reverse Pickup
  • We’re happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations across India.
    Just get in touch with us!

What is Non-Refundable
  • Opened, used, or sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We are not liable for any product damage post delivery.

Received an Opened Product?
  • Please reject the delivery immediately and inform our support team.


Return Policy

We pour our heart into every product, and we hope it brings joy to your daily routine. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

You can raise a return/replacement request if:
  1. You received a wrong product

  2. You received an expired product

  3. You received a damaged product

Return Process:
  1. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery at

  2. Give us 2 working days to review and approve your request.

  3. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll verify your claim and initiate a refund or replacement (subject to stock availability).

VIRANGANA CASTLE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • VIRANGANA CASTLE PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the VIRANGANA CASTLE PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian legal standards.
